If you are not satisfied with a Rev.247 product, and would like to discuss your options for return or exchange, call us at 800.743.7738 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 calendar days of receipt of your product.
Products must be returned to Pivotal Health Solutions in the original packaging in new condition, along with a Return Authorization number provided by our Customer Service Staff. A Return Authorization number is required prior to return of any product. This number can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service Team.
- Shipments experiencing freight damage may be returned and/or replaced at our expense utilizing our 30 day Satisfaction Guarantee. Proof of damage may be required so make sure you obtain photos and/or video of the damaged product.
- Refunds are only available on products in the first 30 days under our Satisfaction Guarantee, unless offered by Pivotal Health Solutions. All issues occurring beyond the 30 day window will be handled under the applicable warranty policy. Please see warranty policy for applicable rules and regulations.
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, our customer will be refunded the original purchase price, less shipping charges. In some instances, a restocking fee up to 10% may be applied. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with this satisfaction guarantee and for the correct repackaging of the product. Please remember, any products/shipments that were shipped via LTL freight, will only be picked up at the front of the business. If you are wanting pickup inside your home or business, it will be at the customers expense. We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service and insurance coverage to avoid damage or lost returns. Products damaged or lost in shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Custom produced products or those with special order features and options are not returnable or cancellable. Rush production fees, expedited shipping costs and special order charges are not refundable.
